16 year frail womanly, possible Hypothyroidism?
For these past 3 months of summer I have begun to consistency really different. Im always tired, ALWAYS freezing cold, my muscles ache, and I have in actuality gained weight. I haven't changed my diet at all and enjoy actually been working out more. But im some how gaining podginess. I feel so depressed all of a sudden about everything. Please help out. What do you think?
Answers: travel see your doctor. they can check your thyroid with a simple blood test. I have never hear of being cold & muscle aches being a module of hypothyroidism. I bet you are just maturing and thats why you are experiencing all of these symptoms

may feel that way because it's a modify in the seasons, you're of from school, not doing much at home and such. You're not out moving roughly speaking exercising, stuff like that. It could be anything.
