Thyroid Cancer; Please, Someone... Help Me?

I'm scared that I may have Thyroid Cancer. I have a medium/large mass on my thyroid. It is especially firm, almost hard and some-what movable. It hasn't grown in years. I am only 19 and I other seem to fear the worst. My heart has be recently "skipping" beats... quite a bit, everyday. Now, I don't know if it is from the stress... but, some of my spine is falling out. I can't stand this anymore. I made a doctors' app., but I am so scared. O_o Please, someone... I am willing to listen to any advise that you enjoy to give. I live everyday in fear and I know that I shouldn't... I simply can't seem to stop. I don't want to die from Thyroid Cancer (if I have it.) I just... I'm lost. ='(
