Abdominal discomfort, please serve!?

I get this feeling every so often surrounded by the middle-left side of my belly. It feels like something is trying to push out from the inside of me (no I am not pregnant :p). It does not hurt at all, it is purely uncomfortable.
feeling comes and goes. It happen occasionally, maybe once every few weeks, but in a week that it's happening it may appear a few days in a row.

I'm not on any medication, I haven't had any bathroom problems, but I wonder if it is likely to be something simple, or does this nouns dangerous? For example, I want to know if this sounds more like constipation/general bowel irritation, or something more serious, like an carbuncle :S

I also wonder if it could be caused by anxiety and poor diet. But I'm not sure that alone would cause the "pushing out" feeling. Help?? :s
Answers:     It sounds allot like nonspecific constipation to me. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water during the day and try having a chalice of apple juice every morning with breakfast.
do you feel it when your period will be coming?? because it may be that. try to drink a good diet. if you don't get enough roughage it can be constipation but constipation is very painful.
if ur not pregnant it will be ur appendixs
More than likely what you are passion is a gas bubble moving in your large bowel.
Talk to your doctor. The signs and symptoms are similar to frequent diseases but can't be claimed with surety.
