ay as we know - hair loss can be caused by many different reason! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medication, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can see in your mind`s eye to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping tresses follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) stroke is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps pelt follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head work by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or inlet essential oil in an almond or sesame oil plinth with massage;
ry rubbing your scalp with garlic liquid, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
It worked and still works for him!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more around the product here http://www.trichozed.info/ingredients.ph…
It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major make happen of hair loss!
good luck!
not only my husband`s own personal experience + working as a familial physician
humans shed about 200 hairs a day inherently. your hair loss can also be attributed to dry scalp, excessive stress like you mentioned, or genetics close to you also mentioned. I'd say to continue using the minoxidil but don't rely too heavily on that. If that product doesn't alleviate your hairloss, then want medical attention.
Hair is made of a protein call keratin-one of the toughest tissues in the body--so diets deficient in proteins can result into fine pelt that's prone to breaking.Many of youngesters rely more on junk food which is low in nutrients.Meanwhile,hair loss may indicate anemia,a condition cause by lack of iron but may also be because of deficiency of a vitamin called biotin.
Ruling out the heritable factor at age 24 in your case,take perched diet that includes protein rich foods like meat,fish,eggs and low fat dairy products.To boost iron eat lean red meat,grease rich fish,bread,green leafy vegetables,peas,lentils,beans,dried fruit,eggs and fortified breakfast cereals.To up your intake of biotin,eat more pulses,nuts,whole grain,eggs and low fat dairy products.
