Am I lactose intolerant PLEASE ANSWER!?
Sorry if i misspelled it. But iv been having a dairy problem, since before summer started .Usually after i chomp through something with dairy i start feeling nausea after about 45 min-2 hours. Then i come to an end up in the bathroom having gasses and pooping terribly :P. Im individual 14 and i told my mother. We tested it out and it happens mostly after i have ceral or ice cream. but other times if i own a cake or marshmellows it doesnt happen as bad. Could this be a rusult of lactose intolorance?...Please answer :)

Those symptoms do sound resembling lactose intolerance, which means that your body does not produce enough of the enzyme (lactase) required to digest the complex sugar, lactose. It is not the same item as a dairy allergy, and you should be able to consume some dairy without any problem.
Cheese and yogurt tend to be low in lactose. I am lactose intolerant and can consume cheese contained by moderation (up to once a day) and yogurt--look for "live active cultures" on the yogurt label, and make sure "cultured, pasteurized milk" is the first ingredient.
In the world of frozen treats, try frozen yogurt and sorbet (not ice cream, sherbet, or gelatto).
Unless you're severely intolerant you should also be okay next to cake and other foods that have small amounts of milk cooked in them, but be wary of unwieldy cream sauces and other milk-based foods.
