I just get them no qualification just all of a sudden i see a bright light and cant see surrounded by the center of my vision like on the outer edges just not within the center then the light moves into different positions to where i cant see at hand its so frustrating then after it hits me again with the pain of a come first ache.

Can anyone help me that has indistinguishable problem ? Or just good helpful counsel?

Yes! I suffer from these as well and it is rock-hard to focus and you can't read during a migraine because of this vision light problem. I get the zig zag lines surrounded by my vision and I hate it (especially when I am at work) Sometime I will take a benadryl to backing with this when it is going on. I used to take elavil (anti-depressant) to help, but the side effect is you suffer from short residence memory loss. Now I don't take them! I just deal beside them by taking benadryl, or ginko biloba(an herb) Good Luck!
