Anxiety cause trembling / shivering at arts school?
I'm at a new highschool, new state, new friends. I've have some mild anxiety for a long time now, especially in classrooms for some reason near in particular i get vastly quiet, moreso then most kids my age. For the very first time surrounded by my life the first day of school my anxiety begin causing entire body to 'shiver' just noticeably, but it could win ridiculous if I just let go. I spy this 'shivering' only occurs under confident social conditions; far less among my 'new' best friends at school, and too much when I'm hanging near friends who I seem to be intimidated by. My personality seems to fit my echelon; I'm 16, but a freshman due to failed years / home schooled a part of my life span. So I seem to view freshman as my peers... and upperclassmen as 'older' than myself. It's really dumb, to all outward appearances I would fit within perfectly well with the 'popular' Juniors and such, but I'm in truth intimidated by them, even though I really enjoy hanging with them.
You should probably talk to your doctor. Either counselling, medication, or both can sustain.
Good luck.
