I hold a migraine within my stomach?

I have been having desperate stomach problems for 2 years and have had all kind of test and medications to try and diagnose and cure me. However, none of them have worked and in a minute a gastroenterologist pediatrician doctor person says I have a migraine, but for some pretext, it is affecting my stomach. How? I thought migraines only affected your head?
Answers:    Your doc's not crazy. It's call an abdominal migraine and causes frequent abdominal pain.

From Up To Date Online: "Abdominal migraine — Abdominal migraine affects up to 12 percent of school age children. It is characterized by many episodes of abdominal pain, typically midline or poorly localized, dull and moderate to severe in intensity. Abdominal pain is associated near at least two additional features that may include anorexia, nausea, vomiting, and pallor."
