Loss of appetite and green about the gills.?

okay last couple of week i been getting sick on and off for a few year i lose my appetite first then if i try to eat i cant it makes me so sick that i want to vomit but it last all day and if i even presume about drinking a beer it makes me so sick and it last for approaching two day any one know.
