I pooed a bit of my kidney- HELP!?

This is physically impossible to do. You might have said you peed them out, that might work. Please, if you are serious that there is something sticking down you might be right. The problem is if it's the rectum prolapsed through the anus, you might inevitability surgery to put it back. You need to have someone drive you to the ER for a physical exam of the anus. The doctor will know if the rectum have prolapsed or it's a internal hemorrhoid sticking down. They can then admit you and treat it whichever way is needed for you to be usual again.
