Tear the alley of Anus starts to bleeding from Anus when I move about to restroom?

Hi does anyone have any idea what is going on with me at the moment? Everytime i dance to the toilet to pass a stool i have extreme pain and a tear feeling also quite heavy bleeding from the anus. I own actually noticed that blood is not mixed with stool but its on the outerside of it..it seem that there is some thing wrong at the passage . I own been to see the doctor who has informed me that there are no 'piles' at hand...he had checked my anus carefully and told me that there is some wound resembling thing at the exit (from where stool comes)passage of my anus! So what on earth is going on..... I enjoy had this intense pain and bleeding when passing a stool for in recent times over two weeks now. I had this problem earlier also some months backbone but doctor gave me some ointment which i used inside the anus by inserting it and it got cured but again it have started pestering me and it is not getting any easyer. Is that something serious going on with me. can anyone suggest please.
Answers:     anal fissure use- stool softeners and increase the bulk/roughage contained by your diet
umm... eat more fiber.
o the bath room as soon as you surface like you need to and dont hold it in.

i have a friend that would...well hold it for a day or two. and its causes problems.
