Anxiety disorder or Hypoglycemia?

I use to be a heavy drinker for 2 years. im currently 23 years old. One day after drinking greatly of alcohol and redbull combined i had terrible heart palpitations that sent me to the hospital. i was have anxiety attacks frequently. its been 1 year now since this has happen and i hardly get the anxiety attacks but i still feel anxiety. time has been healing me...if time have been making me better and since is was caused so abrubtly after a dark of drinking could i have been suffering from hypoglycemia...btw i quit drinking for that whole year so thats why im assuming its a chemical inequity in the body not the brain. it was way to abrubt contained by my life to happen for anxiety disorder in my opinon. after that sooner or later i have been having quote on quote frenzy attacks, but obviously without doing anything to get myself better in attendance gradually going away. So what is this...hypoglycemia or anxiety disorder?
Answers:    Its not hypoglycemia, and its not anxiety disorder either. Its simple anxiety or panic attack over an incident or event surrounded by you life that triggered some stress----either consciously or unconsciously. That doesnt mean its anxiety disorder, EVERYONE has anxiety from time to time. You are simply fine. Dont worry so much about the names and what you revise in psychology classes, just focus on the anxious events and work to deescalate your stress. Source(s): Masters Degree in Psychology
Hey, I truly recognize how you feel...
"impending doom" feeling and the fight-or-flight response. I've been nearby. I'm an ex-victim.

Do NOT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work - I've tried them. Medications do NOT work - I was under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medication (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition was the same - no improvement at adjectives.

the package is the best - it teaches 17 powerful technique and the real solution to panic attacks. I've bought it and it really helped me - it's the BEST anti-anxiety bundle or book I've read.
