Anxiety and hysterics attack back?

i had my first panic attack about 7 months ago and i thought it would eventually draw from better but it only got worse. im pretty sure that there is a root of my anxiety and that its not only psychological. my symptoms include this like weird feeling right above my cheek, into my ears almost like a metalic burning feeling its really odd. them my stomach feel like empty and i get this sharp cramp in my back and chest. Also this wierd pressure in my guide. Anyway these symptoms started before the initial panic attacks started and now im started to have a feeling they are related...
also i seem to have some menstural cramps but am not anywhere near my time of year. im only 19 and i dont want to deal with this anymore, any proposal?
please include any medication or treatment that worked best for you and why.
Answers:     I'm 22, and kinda going through the same thing. Lots of abnormal symptoms and extreme anxiety and panic attacks. I have yet to be prescribed anything for it. Honestly, adjectives I've gotten so far is a paper for relaxation therapy. I think the vast breathing helps. Just stop whatever I'm doing. Take a deep breath surrounded by, and count to 5. then let it out while counting to 5 again. Just do it as many times as I entail until I feel better or have to do something else.
I know how you feel, I've be having panic/anxiety attacks for over a year now, it's gotten so bad I don't drive anymore. What help me most was Xanax and therapy to help sort out the issues of why I be so anxious. They say breathing techniques help to find you through one, but it's never been that successful to me.

First piece of advice--SEE YOUR DOCTOR to make sure there is not something wrong medically.
On a personal note...I started have panic attacks around your age and I was sure I was gonna die! They are in actual fact very common and seem to go on most often to those people who think they enjoy everything in their life all underneath control--then WHAM! A panic attack occurs and you feel utterly helpless. The physical body can be surrounded by extreme disarray and pain due to stress or depression. Get plenty of exercise and practice deep breathing. When you feel a hysterics attack coming on, say to it, "go ahead--take your best shot and kill me if that's what you want!" You'd be surprised at how you quality when you relenquish that control, and for me--the attacks became much less frequent...of course Zoloft help me too. There are lots of medications available for this condition, but most of them take time to work, so be patient. And best of luck...within is a light at the end of the tunnel. Smile!
I would ask myself if I was going through excessive amounts of stress. Believe it or not, stress can cause what you are going through. Also, ask yourself if you enjoy been working on any past issues that bring up major anxiety. That can also incentive what you are going through. It is more than likely stress mixed with anxiety and ta-da! you get a nouns attack. I know this because I used to get them a lot, especially when I was doing internal work. You might even own natural anxiety, in that case I would suggest Paxel or some drug relatebeside yourselft. It is an anti-anxiety medication. My mother used it and she became a new person-better of course. Also, I enjoy found when I felt one coming on, I just close my eyes and breathe even slow breaths(or as slow as I can go until I seize to slow) and while doing that I feel my pulse on my wrist and with every beat I say-so one word i.e. God-have-mercy-on-my-soul. or whatever sentence would calm you down. That has worked for me. Go to a "past the worst place," a place in which you feel completely safe (and I penny-pinching not even a bug can hurt you). and just meditate. Meditation has always worked for me too. I would progress to a psychiatrist to get the right medication. Though you can always do your own research before going. Genuinely, I sympathise beside you. Panic attacks can be really unpleasant. I suffer from them too, but my symptoms are completely different. When I get them, I feel really lightheaded and as if I could pass out. Shaking, nausea - it's horrible.
thing will enjoy happened in the past that made you freak out. You requirement to work out - or at least try to remember - what it was. It isn't necessarily a major event. Once you digit out what that event was, you can work around it and the associated emotions.

In my case - as stupid as it sounds - I nearly spilt a cup of coffee on someone. Ever since consequently, whenever I'm carrying something that is potentially dangerous and I get close to another personality, I start to feel dizzy. It's not so bad once you work out why you get those remarkable feelings. You can rationalise it.
