Am I Lactose Intolerant or own Irritable bowl Syndrome.?
For the past couple of months my stomach has been adjectives screwed up. Like Diarrhea, Nausea, stomach cramping, severe stomach pains such as gas pains, gas. I ate a bowl of cereal this afternoon and immediately felt real sick smaller number than 5 min after I ate it. but I don't always get sick after I drink milk or eat dairy products. But acquire alot of upset stomachs. I haven't had normal stools in a couple of months kinda freaked out. Tight on money and don't want to see a doctor if I don't enjoy to. So id appreciate any ones help thanks, Sorry if there's Tmi too.
Answers: Why don't you try this for two weeks: Stop ingestion any foods that make you sick, and keep a notebook writing down exactly what happens. Sort of similar to a health notebook or health diary which you update everyday. Sometimes with lactose intolerance, the personality can get away with drinking a small amount of milk without getting sick. Other than milk products, which items manufacture you sick?

Do you eat three normal meals a time? Do you eat fastfood or junk food? Do you eat at restaurants plentifully? Are you overstressed at work or at home?

There's really not much way to tell the difference between the two....You can go to a doctor and own them do a hydrogen breath test to see if you are lactose intolerant or to rule out lactose intolerance....If you are, all they'll have you do is exterminate lactose from your diet.
Try eliminating dairy products from your diet for about a week and see if your symptoms get any better. If they do, later chances are that you're lactose intolerant. If the symptoms stay the same then you probably own some other GI tract problem.
