What do adjectives these symptoms expect?

I'm not sure what's happening to me. I was in hospital more or less a month ago, for suspected viral meningitis, so i'm not sure if these are some after effects BUT:
ve been getting one sided headaches, that feels approaching pressure behind my left eye, and left front side

* tiredness/fatigue

* easy bruising - i woke up one morning with a massive bruise covering my left hip, no hypothesis where it came from

* sometimes it feels approaching i suddenly go deaf in one ear, then it follows near a high pitched sound for a couple of seconds.
rely don't feel great, but i can't put my finger on what it is.
i'm fourteen, by the way!
