Anxiety Attacks? Brain problem?

I really need someones help with this because I do not enjoy the money right now to go to a doctor unless its absolutely vital. This has been happening to be for roughly speaking 9 months or so. First of all, my head will feel similar to it goes numb and then it gets to where on earth I can hardly breathe. My vision gets a touch blurry and if I turn my head to fast, it feels resembling something in the top of my head moves. I jerk alot also..approaching my head and arms but I have been doing that for more or less 2 years now..and NONE of this happens unless I think in the region of it..when its not on my mind, it doesnt happen. If i read about something bad up to someone or something like that, then i get really fidgety and shaky and these same things start happening to me, I promise I am not crazy..or and drugs or anything like that so if thats what you think consequently please dont respond..I just want to know what could possibly be wrong with me or what I should do because this happens to me everyday and it really truly scare me. Answers:    You are not going crazy. You just don't take what really going on in you mind. It might be a chemical inbalance. It may be anxiety or panic. I will say that we never own conscious "control" and it is a futile exercise to try to attain it. i am like way as you, I believe its anxiety, thats what it sounds like to me. I would maybe hail as and try to talk to your Dr. and see what he says. Just close your eyes and try to take open and long breathes as you start to feel it happening. usually that calms me down, also if it happen alot around a particular person or when you think of them, i say-so get them out of your life, you need to try and pin point your problem. write down what your thinking and notion when it happens and that may help better figure out what the genuine issue is. good luck! It sounds like you are having some panic/anxiety attacks. Do not worry roughly speaking being "crazy." Many people have mental disorders, and they are sane and competent (and repeatedly successful) people.

I suffer from an anxiety disorder myself, and I know that it can be very frightening, especially when you do not know what is going on and are afraid to go to the doctor for financial or other reasons.
You should devise about looking into the aid of a psychologist, as you may want to go on medication, but you can also try some relaxing exercises. Controlled breathing and visualization work for me.

Sometimes you experience panic attack out of the blue and such.
OT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work - I've tried them and their solutions are similar - it DOESN'T WORK.
Medications do NOT work - I be under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medications (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition be the same - no improvement at all.
