Is within any bearing to catch rid of heel stomach-ache?
What causes heel pain and can one recover from this? I enjoy extreme heel pain while walking after lying down or sitting. Sometimes the pain goes away or is only less but still present while I walk. It is really painful, even while sitting when I hoist up my feet bring my heels up.

It's normally worse when you first get up from sleeping. Put on your shoes (preferably athletic shoes) when you first get out of bed. Take ibuoprophen or aspirin (not Tylenol) if you are competent. And, you have to let the foot rest (sort of hard to do; humans tend to walk), and within are good exercises for it. Try icing it also.
