Answers: Its a great idea to keep wash your hands. This will prevent it from spreading to you. Other things you can do to keep your immune system strong is getting proper rest and taking vitamins.
First relax....
not likely that you will catch the virus if you are doing what you described so dont worry so much lol
and if you keep hold of worrying your stress level will go up which might make your immune system not as strong which could be set to that you could catch the virus
so relax....listen to some music or something lol
i dont think so good luck at institution!
No, Cause if you have be washing your hands you should be fine then. I Wouldn't verbs to much about it
Hopefully you won't find sick. We can't know if you will or you won't. Hand washing and Lysol are good things to do if the illness is something you can ensnare via contact.
Spell check does work here..take advantage of it in the adjectives.
To begin with quit your showering every 2 minutes. It only take the normally good antibodies we've built up over time and flushes them down the drain. Lysol is a disinfectant and will kill any microbes, but the first time anything touches where you just used it you would need to do it adjectives over again. You need to know that as humans we do get sick all the time. Our body later fights it off through the immune system and other things we do to try and keep well. Then it builds up antibodies to prevent or help us from getting so sick the next time the same germ, microbes or virus invades us. Since you normally don't get ill, you may not. If you do only just go with it knowing you most likely are over it and on your mode back to feeling better again too. There is nothing worse consequently feeling like you want to throw up and then not one able to. You really won't like that either. There is nil you can do any more except use good hygiene with hand wash techniques, eat a healthy diet next to exercise and get about 10 hrs. of sleep every night. School aged relations before college age need this amount to keep them rested. Water plays a huge role surrounded by keeping the immune system in high gear. Make sure you drink 10 8oz. glasses every hours of daylight. Sugary, carbonated, and caffeinated drinks like soda should be a treat and not a drink of choice.
