A bone have come out of my moved out shoulder....i am worried...pls make clear to me treatment..?

If we tell the treatment what are you going to do? Do the surgery yourself? Go to doctor and get treated as soon as possible.
Take Rajesh's direction. Go see a doctor. Other than an injury I have no idea what could cause that or how to treat it besides surgery.
