Antibiotics for a UTI, would they thieve thoroughness of other diseases too?

i was given antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. If i had another disease (that could be treated with antibiotics) would the ones I took for the UTI pocket care of another disease, like an std, that could be cured with antibiotics? gratitude!

icillin or Augmentin
Cephalosporins
Doxycycline (should not be used under age 8)
Nitrofurantoin
ethoprim-sulfamethoxazole
Quinolones (should not be used in children

Some antibiotics will also bring care of other diseases also, including some stds that are bacterial in origin, if you do consider you have an std it's always better to choose the relevant antibiotic for the specific disease, for instance, Amoxicillin is used for the treatment of gonorrhea.
