Anxiety and symptoms?
Thank you all in advance. I own a question about those who have have anxiety.
ve been to the doctor several times the last few months. I hold had dizziness, chest pressure, LOTS OF HEART PALPITATIONS and I do have a history of depression.
I have have a CT done--that's good.
Thyroid--good
It was really bad the other morning and I went the ER they took a chest Xray and did an EKG and said it was okay....though my pulse was as 110 resting.
I bring the all clear from the docs.
t true that all these symptoms could be just anxiety driven? Any experience? I am lately looking for a little help or similar things that may have happen to you.

Answers: With the pulse at 110 resting and, the rest of your symptoms I would suggest strongly that you see a doctor and tell him, you have anxiety and would like something to self-possessed you down. you can start off slow and work up until you fell better.
