What is the condition that cause empire to speak things distinctly surrounded by public?
I was at the train station and I was waiting for my train to come. A young woman walk past me and waits as well and she looks completely regular. Then she just starts talking to herself a bit and raises her voice to articulate one or two words out loud. It's basically like she be thinking out loud.
I know it sounds like Tourettes Syndrome but what else is nearby that might cause it?
She only looked at me when I looked at her because I thought someone was chitchat to me.
