12-year-old girl next to scoliosis?

I have a twenty degree scoliosis. I think it's a levoscoliosis, which is the curve on the moved out side. Please help me. I went to the chiropractor over the summer and it helped a bit. It be about 10 degrees but now it keep reverting back to 20. Do you have any treatment suggestions?
by the way i'm a 12-year-old girl and i am freaking startled that i have a back problem... :(
going to be alright. I have a back problem too, when I be a little girl I used to stick my stomach out so my back kinda curved so now when I stand up it curves surrounded by, making my stomach look bigger. But the doctors don't notice it, or maybe it's not that big of a deal, but it will be alright. Source(s): I am a 12 year elderly girl with back problems. (I am using my moms account)
You need to be referred to a scoliosis specialist.

Building muscle and seeing a chiropractor can help near the pain, but will not stop the progression of the curve. A specialist may prescribe physiotherapy or make you wear a brace - they will not proceed with surgery unless your curve is 50+ degree, so don't worry about that.

you need to see an orthopaedic surgeon but it doesn't mean surgery as these surgeons also fit patients next to a brace to help the spine grow straight,

and your curve keeps moving back because you are growing the more you grow the more your spine will curve so that's why seeing a surgeon is the best piece for you, as they can help you perhaps with a brace,
ve surgery for mine at 14 and am fine now. Source(s): Personal experience.
Because you are only twelve, you are probably still growing. As you grow, your spine may straighten out.

I craving you the best of luck!
