Am I hypoglycemic? Help if u can.?
I've always thought my symptoms of hunger were just something individual to my body, but very soon that a friend has related to me, I have a press to ask. I normally have pretty low blood pressure (enough to where my doctors are slightly concerned but not freaking out), and I hold a couple of ssymptomsafter not eating for a while. Usually my hands and arms shake slightly and involuntarily, I get angry or depressed, headache, sometimes a short time sick, i tend to bump into things more often, im obviously super hungry, and it seems as if when i guzzle my hunger is never satisfied. I cant get food off my mind haha. So my cross-examine is, to all you medical experts, is this serious? Am i hypoglycemic? Should I do something, like get to a doctor super vigorous?
I personally don't have a sneaking suspicion that that you are suffering from any long term form of hypoglycemia. You might be getting low on blood sugar if you aren't eating regularly (hypoglycemia usually is just referring to low blood sugar at a given point within time, rather than a long term condition), so consider bringing baby carrot with you to munch on. You really should be replenishing your energy stores at 4-5 hours intervals at most. You are well inwardly healthy levels of weight, so discern free to try eating a little more.
