Gunge, have a feeling sick, can't swallow, consistency miserable within standard...?

I've got a sore throat, and lots of gunge (or puss) at the back of my throat. It's hard to swallow anything - i've tried to lug paracetamol but I can't swallow it so i'm going to dissolve it?
el sick, and just ill contained by general... I feel really cold, but apparently i'm quite hot. I hang on to getting dizzy spells...

Any ideas of what it could be? Or what I should take for it?
Answers:    Do you still have your tonsils? This sounds approaching it could be tonsillitis. I would go to a doctor as soon as possible and get tested. It could also be strep throat. I've had both contained by the past year, and they both inhibit swallowing, can be pussy, and are all together awful. Sorry you're not feeling capably!
