Lead Poisoning Toys Household?

My daughter had a lead test at 2 years elderly of 5. I know that's not high but it's higher than average. The nurse told us to look around for things that could be the cause. We don't live within an old house. Could it be the toys? If so, how can you tell which ones. I also heard closely of things from China are a problem. I looked around the house and 90% of everything in the house is made in china.
