Knees give out, started coughing blood and frothy head?

My friend called me scared telling me that her knees feel like they gave out and she fell. Suddenly she felt as if she considered necessary to throw up and started coughing up blood. She got up and began feeling lightheaded. Could this be a stomach sore??
