Alzheimer's Disease Symptoms?

I was wondering if people with Alzheimer's forget that they own the disease, and what goes on in their head and what they are thinking something like?
Answers:    Yes, they would forget that they have the disease. A lot of people at the nursing home were to the point where on earth they couldn't even speak before. It's a very sad disease.
