I hold a lump contained by my elbow?

I just got it today and i relized it during football, it dosent hurt but it pretty much looks like a golfball contained by my elbow and its reall soft and squishy. I dont remember bumping it all i did was passing drills resembling usaul. If anyone can give me any advice on wat it is or how to treat it let me know.
