Food Poisoning Question?

I have food poisoning. It started yesterday evening after I consumed some hot dogs. I ended up in the bathroom adjectives night, throwing up about every 15 minutes.
y I am still pretty nauseous and I can't chomp through anything. What are some things I can do to ease the symptoms and get better?

PS. Please do not say 'step to the doctor'. I know what I have and there is no medication that will help, you purely have to wait it out. I'd rather someone who have a serious problem be treated by a doctor, not someone like me. Thank-you.
Answers:    The most common treatment for simple food poisoning is simply supportive care at home near clear liquids to stay hydrated, and after vomiting or diarrhea subside, the gradual return to eating beginning next to a bland diet (such as rice, bread, potatoes and milk).

----------------------------------…
Short episodes of vomiting and small amounts of diarrhea lasting less than 24 hours can usually be cared for at home.

Do not guzzle solid food while nauseous or vomiting but drink plenty of fluids.
mall, frequent sips of clear liquids (those you can see through) are the best way to stay hydrated.

Avoid alcoholic, caffeinated, or sugary drinks. Over-the-counter rehydration products made for children such as Pedialyte and Rehydralyte are expensive but accurate to use if available.

After successfully tolerating fluids, eating should start slowly, when nausea and vomiting have stopped. Plain foods that are easy on the stomach should be started in small amounts. Consider intake rice, wheat, breads, potatoes, low-sugar cereals, lean meats, and chicken (not fried) to start. Milk can be given safely, although some nation may experience additional stomach upset due to lactose intolerance.

Most food poisonings do not require the use of over-the-counter medicines to stop diarrhea, but they are generally secure if used as directed. It is not recommended that these medications be given to children. If there is a interrogate or concern, you should always check with a doctor. Source(s): http://www.healthscout.com/ency/68/676/m…
or really can't do much if its regular food poisoning....as long as you've stopped throwing up, you should be okay.

You need to replenish your body. First you need to hydrate, hose will help, small sips at first, though Gatorade or something with electrolytes will be better.
Also, eat bland things. Try crackers, Ritz crackers, chicken soup, toast, even popsicles.
body will be pretty wasted today, but you will feel better tomorrow.
It usually takes 2 - 3 days to get better.
Try to get back into your normal drinking habits when you are ready.

Otherwise, small quantities of water after you have not vomited for 30 minutes. You own to be careful to avoid becoming dehydrated. Instead of sipping water, you could also try sucking on a few rime chips very 10 minutes or so. Keep doing that as long as you do not vomit again.
