i bite my knuckles to the point that they bleed same for my finger nails.
i guess my question is what treatment options are at hand if i am diagnosed?
Answers: Med's or anxiety counseling. I was medicated for this, try not to do the med thing it's not worth it. I did gain weight (Lost it adjectives now) and I had to take it, if I missed one day I be so sick. I stopped the med's myself and I feel better off of it. I still have anxiety but i concord with it now.
sounds like you own a social anxiety disorder. you can treat this with medication, but it will not fix the problem. to get over this you can do some counselling and have "homework" assignment to confront this anxiety rather at a time
