I own an iron negative amount and of late get my time of year. I surface completely woozy / watered down.. is this because I'm loosing blood?

For the 2 days before I got my period my iron negative amount got REALLY bad (i was diagnosed within the beginning of july.) and now I have it and i get the impression kind of faint.. I was thinking this is because I'm loosing blood / iron?? Is this okay?? Thanks xx
Answers:     That is not a good sign. You call for to take iron supplements and eat foods rich in iron.
You call for to be extra careful about your diet. taking iron will help, also consumption enriched grains, dark green veggies, meat(if you munch through it). Without iron in your blood you will have less force and feel faint because your blood will not be able to fetch as much oxygen. This is common for women in the menstrual cycle age.
yep have a heavy period will cause your iron less to be worse
make sure you are taking your iron pills especially during your period
make sure you are getting plenty of fluids also
I would call for the Dr. if I were you
