Lactose intolerance trouble?

hey
s thinking, if that be the only way for me to eat milk products?is here any treatment?it will really help if someone with this problem can tell me something roughly speaking it. im really worried.
thanks a bunch!
Answers:     I'm a lifelong sufferer, but didn't figure it out until I was a juvenile. Basically, your body is hostile to the "good" bacteria that produce lactase to digest dairy.

You can also buy lactose-free milk, cottage cheese, sometimes ice-cream. Use it just the same as regular products.

I have also found that taking a probiotic acidophilus next to breakfast & dinner helps with bloating as well. These are also sold as capsule in supermarkets and as lactose-free chewables in Vitamin Shop, etc.
cise also helps next to digestion, especially bending, sit-ups, crunches, etc.
Most nation gradually lose their tolerance to lactose as they grow into adulthood. It varies somewhat by ethnic group: something like 100% of aboriginal Americans are lactose intolerant in adulthood, whereas almost all Dutch associates are lactose tolerant. (That's probably why milk isn't a feature of aboriginal American cuisine, but is a popular drink in the Netherlands.)

If you are lactose intolerant, drinking milk is going to be a permanent problem unless you try something such as the tablets you describe. Not adjectives dairy products contain lactose, but fresh milk definitely does. Cheese is often quite low within lactose and it may be safe to eat, depending on the type.

Whether or not gradually reintroducing dairy products into the diet can restore lactose tolerance is still an unambiguous question, as studies have produced conflicting results. You can certainly try it, but you enjoy to go very slowly, gradually adding together more and more milk to your diet. It may not work, but even then, it might give you some idea of how much milk you can tolerate until that time you have symptoms.
I've heard of people drinking soy milk for that problem and they don't win sick.
Lactaid milk. Tastes exactly like milk. you pay more :( but I have have zero probs using it in cereal, cooking etc. :)
n't know about treatment. I have what was considered temporary lactose intolerance. As soon as I was more involved and had a low calorie diet I released more toxins and was digestively regulated the "allergy" went away.

But put money on when the sip of milk, a cup of yogurt-you name it, would send me to the bathroom, lactaid products helped 100%. If you resembling soy that's another alternative as well.
As far as I'm aware, those little pills are the only sure fire way for you to know how to eat milk products without trouble. A friend of mine could barely chomp through anything without first taking one he was so sensitive.

The work around is to drink goat's milk instead. The lactose in goats milk, unlike that in cows milk, is fully absorbed surrounded by digestion, so it doesn't leave any in the digestive system to ferment, which is the cause of the symptoms of lactose intolerance. As okay, sometimes lactose intolerance is really a misidentified, and rare, allergy to a specific protein found only in cows milk.

Some home remedies include: cocoa powder, sardines, chocolate milk, tricky cheese, soy milk and yogurt. But those are mostly just the best ways to sneak calcium in to your diet without your lactose intolerance react as severely.
rnatively, nomilk.com is a wealth of information advocating dairy free living. You may find all the aid you need there.

Also, if you get stuck, my boyfriend swears this home remedy I made him help like nothing else: "Hippy lemonade" he calls it.

First boil some hose, mix one cup of this boiling water with one cup of lemon juice. Add honey to fondness and drink up. Warm lemon water eases digestion, helping rid you of that disgusting, sick-to-your-stomach feeling faster. Source(s): http://health.howstuffworks.com/home-rem…
