Since you're prone to them, it will probably get worse, and worse instead of better. If you want a giant spreading infection, then yes, move out it untreated, but when infections are left too long, they can eventually cause death.

UM hey i dnt kow much about abscess but i get them sometimes but i get cyst more.....But a abscess within the vagina can be dangerous..but i dont think you find abscess in the vagina really i guess you find cyst...and cyst there can be oviarian cyst.But what causes a abscess is hair that may be growing contained by funky or if you shave bacteria may get in it.But to be on the safe and sound side def.go to the doctor!!
