(IBS) - Irritable bowel syndrome?

Im 17, A senior in high school. For olden times 6 Years I've had IBS. I wake up around 4:30 AM. I Don't leave the house till 6:50 AM but beside IBS Im still making last minute run's to the bath room. I can't even concentrate in class beside all the Cramps, Gurgles and movements in my bowels. Seriously IBS is ruining my life slowly but surely. I hold a ton of friends and Im super cool to be with but With IBS I cant never go out worry free beside friends. When ever I go some place I make sure ahed of time there will be hip bath room's There and on the way. And if there won't be, I'll go a sunshine with out eating ahead of time so I won't need a tub room. If you don't know about IBS then you cant help me so please don't supply me a BS answer just to get your 2 points. Just PLEASE help me out, With ANY proposal. Please if You have IBS help me out. This is so stressful. I need support.
Answers:     I have IBS as well and I'm only 14.
My advice to you would be to try and figure out what upsets your stomach and AVOID it, unless you don't mind dealing with the...aftermath.

Hope i helped(: Source(s): http://www.chronic-pain-haven.com/IBS.html
Ask a doctor not people on the internet. If you've see a doctor, see a specialist.
I'm sorry your going through that. I tried everything over 20 years and nothing worked, lots of Drs - medications, natural remedies, everything... the Drs didn't really know. The problem is it effects individual ancestors differently and different foods cause symptoms in different people.
single thing that helped me is going on the Blood Type diet. Its healthy ingestion but based on foods that your body naturally digests better. I felt so much better after this, for the first time within about 22 years I rarely have symptoms- and this have been for 2 years now after following it. I just have an article published about it and it has a link that outlines the foods that you should munch through, and shouldn't. Its well worth trying- and totally free:
