HELP! Nobody know whats wrong near me. Severe abdominal and final torment, haven't ate or slept within so long....?

I've been to the emergency room 4 times in the past 2 weeks. I be aware of like I'm about to die from exhaustion and starvation.
mes to the E.R. Every trip have been the same. Blood work. Urine tests, crazy amounts of demerol and convey me home without a diagnosis. The first doctor said "you have a UTI. Lets treat that" that was treated afterwards I was sent home. Pain continues and I'm back again. The next doctor give me some x-rays and said "you have a blocked colon" gives me some pills and sends me home. Pain continues. I stumble back into the emergency nearly ratification out from exhaustion and hunger because at this point I was only drinking hose down and orange juice to help me near the "blocked colon". This time the pain was so bad I be in and out of consciousness and scared for my life. I threw up several times while waiting for an iv that they never give me after. They give me 2 more shots of demerol almost knocking me out cold. I couldn't walk gossip or move on my own. I wanted to die. The next trip be the exact same thing as the last. no diagnosis, painkillers and send me home except this time I'm waiting to enjoy a ultrasound on my gallbladder.

This pain comes and goes. I'll be fine for a few hours (like I am now) and then it will return, crippling me to the point of dragging myself on the runner. I'm so hungry and I'm terrified to eat. I can't sleep because my body is actually so unconvincing.

I'm thinking I'm going to have to go backbone to the E.R and demand someone do something. I'm at the point where I want to die. I really want to die, I can't take this excruciating agony anymore.
Answers:    "except this time I'm waiting to have a ultrasound on my gallbladder"

After reading a good bit of your question, but up to that time I got to the part you said above, about your gallbladder ultrasound, I be already thinking- "I bet it's her gallbladder." The symptoms you're describing all sound like gallbladder problems to me. Also, your situation, especially the numerous E.R. visit, sounds so similar to what recently happened to my sister. They finally did a gallbladder ultrasound on her & were surprised that she have not been poisoned yet or worse...She had 37 gallstones! None of the doctors ever needed to test her gallbladder because of her age; they thought at only 26, she was much too infantile to have a problem with her gallbladder. She had them removed & adjectives is well w/ her now. We researched why she would have them at such a babyish age & found out that Native American women are extremely likely(like 70% likely)to have gallstones before age 30...Anyway, our maternal grandfather be Native American; so, there you go. I would do everything I could to 'rush-up' that gallbladder ultrasound, if I were you. ~~God bless!~~
If your tummy does not feel extra tenderness when you push on it or if you have menacing urine, then you may have Porphyria.
e same sorts of symptoms that you described were stirring with our son just not on such an extreme scale. We finally found a doctor who told us that he think our son has acute Porphyria. It is a condition that can cause severe abdominal pain minus an "apparent" cause that can be detected by regular hospital medicine. You have to hold a special test done.

Try this and see if it works. When the pain starts to come on just try intake a teaspoon of plain old table sugar and see if the pain starts to subside. Porphyria attacks can be stopped by eating sugar. Even if the sugar doesn't support, I would definitely ask the doctors about it the next time you move about in. It really sounds like you may have it.

Edit:
By the way, I just happened to ask a ask about his Porphyria right around when you asked your question. Here is the link if you want read in the order of some of his other symptoms and see if they match yours. Best of luck to you.
