I dont know what is up, support please!?

Its been a few months that ive had this, and I thought to myself that it would go away. But it hasnt, but presently its just spreading. There are these little dots with like beside puss inside covering almost all of my labia on both sides. There about the side ok half of a '' o ''. I looked around for infromation to find out what it could be, but I found nought. Does anybody know whats going on? Ive never had sex by the way.

i know you probably dont have healthcare. so stir to the emergency room if you cant afford any other kind of care.. or go see a doctor.
