Help! I sold my Kidney for another kidney and I get the kidney but its shabby. How do I return with my kidney rear legs?

You didn't, because you can't. Selling human parts is illegal. LOL
I would think that you could: sell your other kidney, to get another kidney, which you consequently could sell, to get the kidney back that you sold initially!! You would own to do this, because the kidney that you sold the first kidney for, obviously wont sell because this kidney is not working as capably as the initial kidney you sold. However, the owner of your kidney that you sold, may not want o sell you back the kidney so you may have to contribute another newer kidney, in order to get the kidney pay for.
