??is this bleak or unexpected??(eating disorder kinda)?

okay so im fine with my body but you know as always some people basically want to lose a few pounds, anyways i dont like eating its weird i consistency sick after eating a big meal like i cant move and bad get a small headache i usually only eat one feast a day like a hot dog and some fries or something i also do strength traning at the gym every night (ballerina) afterwards have a a banna smoothie(always) is this bad for me? i dont feel unpromising i feel fine i just only get through when my tummy grumbles. is this bad for my health? its been at lowest 5 months since ive had 3 meals aday
Answers:    I know how you feel, im 18 and i used to rumba i just stopped a yr ago.. The pressure of being in GOOD shape is such a massive settlement, wouldnt you agree .. When your on stage, everybody is looking at you and i used to compare myself to otehr girls in my class... I now constantly think i am putting on bulk and eat 2 meals a day and sometimes use dietary supplements .. I give attention to if your eating one meal a day , it would be pretty bleak as you wont be getting all the nutrients that you need,

That doesn't sound healthy, strength training on so little food, will head off you with very little with the small amounts of nutrients you consume. I would suggest you put away something small, like i eat blueberries in yogurt, for breakfast. consequently if your not hungry for lunch eat a salad or apple if you really don't want it. Then have something small for dinner, like if your not hungry get through half a portion size. I did this once because i'm a vegetarian and my cafeteria at school have no vegetarian meals and i didn't have time to pack or guzzle breakfast and i ended up collapsing in gym.
