After a shower; my foot are cold and something pokes out? oblige?

I know this is really strange, but i need to ask.
It's winter right now and when i obtain out of the shower in the mornings, i cant walk on my feet. So i tramp on my toes because when i press down to walk normally, something sticks out of my skin and presses against the bathroom tiles.

I checked my feet but i cant see anything distinct, i don't get it. However, there is this one middle larger vein that i sometimes see.
My bathroom tiles are cold within the morning, and maybe it's pressure from coming out of the shower etc and my veins in my foot poke out, but i find it extremely uncomforable to stride. I therefore have to rub my feet on a cloth or something so that they're dry and somewhat reheat.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, or is it just me?
Answers:    It could be from poor circulation - backed up by them being ok when you rub them and reheat them up.
I have this problem with my hands and it's unpleasant. It's not acute torment, a sort of 'dead but I can feel it' pain. It is humiliated to try and turn the doorkey or pick things up.
