I own a cross-question more or less IBS?

Fried foods tend to bother me, like if I was to get french fries at mcdonalds or something. So my mom bought a shoulder bag of french fries, if she cooks them in the oven will I be okay?
Answers:    Overall, baking food in the oven is more healthy for you as compared next to fried foods. Especially for most people with IBS.
ver, the french fries may still have some preservatives within them that could trigger irritable bowel syndrome symptoms.

As a general rule, if you want to find out if a food is good or bad for you, you should first try it surrounded by its simplest form.

Starting next to simple, fresh, and unprocessed foods first is the best way to test them. After you mark a food nontoxic or unsafe, you can be sure to avoid further IBS attacks.
