A give somebody the third degree more or less allergies and nasal pressure?

Lately it seems that my allergies are maybe acting up. It feels honestly approaching someone punched me in the face, there is simply this huge pressure/aching from my nose/between my eyes. It starts yesterday as a headache between my eyes and today my nose hurts all over. I have never suffered allergies this unpromising. My allergy medications or tylenol are not helping at all (plus I'm pregnant with twins so it's doubly exhausting). Is this pressure due to allergies or is here something else going on that I should be worried about?
