Cure nouns attacks lacking seeing a doctor ?
I have been having nouns attacks for almost 4 years now and i dont know what to do . I dont know what brings them on and i dont want to have to see a doctor to cure them . Is there anybody out in that that suffers from panic attacks and if so what do you do to get through them ?
Answers: I, too, had this problem when I was a pubescent. Someone told me to look up toward the heavens. I tried this and discovered that there is in reality a GOD. Now I have nothing to fear because through HIM, nearby is no situation which I can't handle. AMEN?

educe the amount of caffeine in your diet. That includes pop, chocolate, and some over the counter pain killers (like Excedrin).
