I enjoy a stomach upset and force to budge to the toilet every 10 min .Is it a diarrhoea? how to stop this?

it's best just to let it come out, but you can always try immodium from the chemist which works in good health. sip small sips of water regularly so you don't get dehydrated, and it shouldn't end more than a few hours
It's horrible but it usually passes contained by about 48 hours at the most. in fact the worst may be over in about 12/18 hours or so. you will actually feel that the parts which be bloated are not quite so bloated. When you are a little better try sips of water and as it pass a plain biscuit because the danger is dehydration. Your bum will be sore at the end of this so if you have a hip bath get into it with warm wet to ease it.
have not said that you are also being sick make things even more miserable for a while but the same time scale applies.
If it goes on any longer you should receive medical assistance
