I other touch tired, any tips?

I find it extremely hard to wake up before 12pm. I also surface so awake starting at 12am and can't sleep sometimes until 5am. I am so tired in the day then adjectives of a sudden at night i get an energy boost and i attain extremely hungry too. This is really interfering with my life because i feel too tired to travel out. I also miss A LOT of school because i am too tired to go. I have to start wake up at 5 for high school. Does anyone have any direction for me?
Answers:    The first thing i would do is progressively going to bed earlier and earlier. Maybe you solitary start out 15 minutes earlier each day but if you feel about it in about two weeks you will already be getting to bed three and a partially hours earlier.
