Loss of appetite and no hunger?

Basically i am never hungry and when i try to eat after a bite or two i feel filled up ... and it is getting much worse everyday as if i can stay short food.
idea what it might be?
Can it be due to worries that i have?

But in principal if this keeps up, maybe you should go stop by the doc.
