:( internal bruising? coughing blood?

I'm not quite sure where to begin...
notice a lot of bruises on my rib cage, and a few on my spine, and recently, be tasting blood in the back of my throat, I've be more pale than usual, and haven't been able to achieve very much sleep :(, I'm not sure if it matters or not, but I had a shunt revision within February, (pretty much - brain surgery for a cyst in one of the ventricles) I really don't think that has anything to do next to that, I don't have any headaches - and nothing is main me to believe this could be the problem.
Is there anything I can do to stop this without having to shift to the doctor?
Answers:    Sometimes, for unknown reasons and without specific causes, the red blood cell or platelet production within your body decreases and causes anemia which could be a source of your bruising. Or, you could have developed a clotting disorder next to your blood. Because of your recent surgical history, you need to get this checked out because you don't want an abscess or infection in your shunt that could also be giving you these symptoms - even minus a headache. You need to go to a doctor. And, if you are taking lots of motrin or aspirin, you need to stop in a jiffy (except for any recommended daily dosing that your physician told you to take). There could be lots of causes for your symptoms but without a blood tryout and your complete blood count (CBC) tested, there will be no answers that might be correct.
If it were me, I`d be sitting in the emergency room very soon.
