Why do i screech contained by my sleep?
i scream in my sleep and i don't know why. usually when i scream within my sleep i don't wake up unless a family member comes running surrounded by my room and asks if i'm alright. i rarely ever remember what i was dreaming about the night that i scream and when i do it's usually a dream where something bad is occurring and i just scream out. the only time i caught myself screaming be when i was staying at a hotel with my best friend and we had to share a bed and during the middle of the hours of darkness i started screaming and yelling at her and was trying to take her stuffed animal because i thought she have mine. it was one of those moments where you're half awake and partly asleep and you know it's happening but you can't control yourself and you're not sure if it's a dream or reality. it was characteristics of bad because i woke up her mom too and i probably scared them. we kind of look final at it as a joke now but it was open-handed of embarrasing. is it really bad to scream in my sleep and what cause people to scream in the middle of their sleep? i'm one and only 15 btw.
