Does anyone own history of Chronic Stress Disorder?

I am constantly on edge and the littlest things will make me cry, put me surrounded by a bad mood, or make me have a total meltdown. I've looked online and apparently in that is something called "Chronic Stress Disorder". Does anyone have any history with that? Does anyone know what kind of things a doctor might do to help out with a disorder like this?
