Am I developing an intake disorder?
Three of my friends have already told me that I'm in denial, but I don't think there's anything wrong.
ing surrounded by May, I decided I was going to lose weight for modeling within October.
I started out eating very healthy, no meat, no dairy, total grains, veggies, fruits...
If I ate junk food, I felt a bit guilty afterwards, yes. Those vibrations don't come much anymore.
Since then I'd lost twenty pounds, and am now in the stout weight range. My body is smack dab within the middle.
ver, I'm afraid of becoming fat, regaining the weight I had. I started to restrict myself within early July, but I always gave within and binged heavily on whatever I could find. I would be so upset I'd curl up in my bed and sob, and I would try to purge and get it hindmost up but I have a strong stomach. Nothing worked. Not even the toothbrush.
I restrict still now. I'd have vastly little to eat, under 300 calories a day and I'd look right through my hunger and drown it in water. Today though, I was so hungry I have 3/4 a cup of Honey oats and 1/2 a cup of milk.
I still work out, profusely, I hate not person able to walk or run or do weights every night.
Just detail me. Do I have one, or do you think I'm developing one? Should I seek minister to?
Answers: Yes. You can be doing permanent damage to your heart and other organs, even if you still look healthy. See a doctor, and they can inculcate you how to lose weight or maintain your weight loss is a forceful way.
r 300 calories a day is not nearly enough food for someone of any age. Just because you don't quality guilty about eating doesn't mean that you aren't developing one. I would aim help because your body is not getting any of the nutrients it needs.
If you Wanna eat Great And Still lose Calories Try Fish and eat lots of it but never fried i suggest you add Spicy flavoring 2 as it prevents cancer i suggest salmon result in its high in omega 3 fats it have medium calories so itll be good for your body don't feel guilty for intake just say i have 2 munch through this or ill wont get the proper nutrition .
if you do have a intake disorder i suggest you see your local psychiatrist or doctor .
Eating under 300 calories a day is terrifically unhealthy for your body.
If you didn't feel guilty, why did you want to throw up? Drinking water instead of eating is also a fruitless sign, because it fills your stomach but doesnt give you any calories.
Please go and see your GP or a psychiatrist, you can destroy your body so badly with this. Plus your life is other about (not) eating, and you are not really living. Life is often difficult but SO worth it! (I know, because I am 43 and hold never given up on it, while my life certainly has NOT be easy).
I believe that you do have a consumption disorder. You should just eat regular and still work out like you do. You can still be fit that way instead of trying to starve yourself.
